Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted within the next 3 days from the date of delivery of product after that no return request will be accepted.
Note: No Return, only Exchange request will be accepted on the products sold during sale days.

- Courier or shipment charges in the case of return will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy:
Exchange are only accepted within the next 3 days from the date of delivery of product after that no exchange request will be accepted.
GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Only size exchanges are allowed.
- Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
- Once you submit the exchange request you have to ship the product to us, once we receive the product we will provide you with the Coupon Code for the same amount, of your exchanged product, you can redeem the code on your next shopping with us within 60 days.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered). After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Refund Policy:
We try our best to create suitable designs as per our customers.
In case if any customer is not completely satisfied with our product we can provide a refund for it (If return request is made within next 3 days from the date of delivery of product)
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
A refund will only be given if you raise the return and cancel the request within 3 days from the date of delivery of product.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Note: No Return and Exchange request will be accepted in case of customized products based on special instructions(color & size) provided by customers.
Shipping Policy:
1) As all our products are made on order so will ship the product within 7-10 days from the date you’ll place an order. Shipping transit time is, on average, 3 to 5 business days depending on your destination. A tracking number will be provided on your phone number through SMS once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.
2) Products once shipped cannot be cancelled until they reach to the destination.
3) Our courier partners are TRACKON (domestic) & I Think Logistics.
4) We will give you the tracking number, once your product will be ship. We will intimate you by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
5) We are accepting payments through various channels.
